CrossFit 101: FUNDAMENTALS

We offer 3 Private Fundamental sessions. This will be a one-on-one with one of our coaches, it lasts one hour, and it repets during 3 days only by appointment. During that time we cover the 9 foundational movements of CrossFit, the coach will teach these movements to beginners and also will offer advices on technique and form so you feel totally confident stepping into a regular crossfit class. If you are a crossfiter already, coaches will allow you to hit the WOD and observe your technique to make sure you are safely perfmorming the excercises.
